Recently, i had a conversation with one of my friends about the Last Supper painting. Most of you may be aware of the things that are found in this painting, but for those of you who don't, well lets just say its very debatable.
In the painting, there is a woman seated at Jesus' right hand. Who is this? It is said that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalen, which explains the woman beside Jesus. No where in the bible does it say that Jesus was married. And why is that man's hand at Mary's neck? Apparently this is Peter who is holding her throat. Ever notice a mysterious hand holding a knife? Why does the man in the yellow (left of the knife) have his hands up in the air? This is apparently Andrew. Yet, this hand belongs to no body. Also, what is with the mysterious "V" between Mary and Jesus? I don't want to bash the painting, but it just confuses me... all these little things.
